There is a girl named Zoe. Zoe has a lot of things to be unhappy about her dad lost his job at the ice-cream factory. And her mum died when she was little so now she has a lazy stepmother named Sheila. Who killed her pet hamster Ginger nut.After Ginger nut died she found a pet Rat and named him Armitage. So Zoe got a 3 week suspend by brining her rat to school. And the burger man Burnt
who sits in a burger van everyday outside her school has terrible plans for her pet rat and there is a clue in this book.
