Text to self: this reminds me when i saw an owl ate a a mouse but he missed the one next to it.
Text to world: this happens to almost every mouse in the world.
Your views on the book: i think it was a one because it is quite boring and not exciting.
Recommendations: i do not recommend this book because its boring and i think this should be for 12-16

My views on the book and why any messages the author wants to get across: I think the book is ok i got kind of bored because iv been to Taiwan before and I cant really see a message they wanna get across.

Text To Text; this book is like Ellie's story its about this dog that got taken in from the streets to a nice
new home to live in instead of the streets.
Text To World; this book can relate to the world because in the book Ruby is afraid of new things
like flying duck but when they or it has been there for a long time you get used to it like Ruby did.
I think book was really interesting because i have never heard of a book like this when some others
can easily relate to other books but this one doesn't. I think that the author is trying to tell us that no
matter how different something or someone is we should all treat them the same.
I recommend this book because i think this is very interesting and not to hard to read so I think this suits
4 or 3 graders.
